Robert Gauthier, a native of Arlee and a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, has been licensed in Montana as a real estate salesman since 1979. In 1982, he received his Broker's License. In 1983, Bob was hired as Executive Director of the Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority where, over the next 20 years, he was responsible for the development and management of over 800 units of affordable housing, both rental and home ownership. Robert has an extensive background in housing finance and development. He served on the Board of the Seattle Federal Home Loan Bank, The Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) National Advisory Board, Fannie Mae’s Housing Impact Board, and in Polson on the First Interstate Bank Advisory Board. Thomas Fleming, born in Polson, is a lifelong resident of Lake County. He worked with his family for over 10 years at Joe’s Jiffy Stop in Pablo. First licensed as a salesman in 2005, Thomas began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Gateway Realty in Polson. Interested in technology and communication; he achieved the e-PRO, Realtors designation in 2006. As an active member of the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors, Thomas currently sits on the Technology Committee.
